Our Trainees
The annual KPMG Summer Internship program in conjunction with the University of Bahrain and the other universities ended on a very positive note.
KPMG is a pioneer in providing one of the best Internship training programs and is reputed to be the Employer of Choice globally. The recruits were amongst the top ranking students of the University with a Grade Point Average of (GPA) 3.80 and above. A total of 15 students had participated in the training program which started with an Induction Day where Mr. Jamal Fakhro, Managing Partner of KPMG Fakhro personally addressed the students and provided them with an overview of KPMG and its global values. All interns were assigned with Mentors who guided and supported them throughout their eight week Internship Program.

During their Internship Program the trainees had the opportunity to deal with major KPMG clients where they learnt how to discuss major aspects and conflicts with the client and gained valuable technical knowledge.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

All students delivered a presentation on their last day, which included their objectives, why they chose KPMG and their learning outcomes. Key comments from the trainees included:



Sneigdha Jain:- “This Internship Improved greatly upon the art of sifting through the clutter of information, Improved upon my power point presentation skills and Understand and appreciate the potential and significance of Forensics”

Noor Abdulla Foulath: - “I am proud to have training at KPMG, it was a meaningful and rewarding experience, I learned different experiences as I was involved in several jobs ranging from one of the most important banks in Bahrain to local shops. Overall, it was a great introduction for my career”.



Mariam Yaqoob Al Mahroos: - “ KPMG Improve my Accounting and Auditing skills and knowledge, Time Management and Communication skills. I wish to join KPMG firm in Future”.
