WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Our selection process will be tailored to the job you apply for but most candidates will go through a four stage process which will typically involve the following:

Screening Stage

One of our experienced recruiters or managers will review your CV to assess how well your experience match the requirements for the job you have applied for. The minimum criteria for each position will tell you what we are looking for. The more you can match your CV to our need the better chances you have of getting through the Screening Stage.

Interview Stage

For all candidates upto Assistant Manager level, who are applying to us from abroad, will go through an initial telephone screening process by both HR and the technical assessments. These are designed to be chances to assess your skills and experience but they will also be your opportunity to ask the questions. After all, we want you to be equally sure that the role and the KPMG culture are right for you. Interviews are competency based. What we are looking for are clear examples of how your experience to date matches our competencies.

For those candidates, Managers and above level, will have a two stage interview process. The first stage will consist of a telephone screening following by a brief visit to our offices in Bahrain to meet with the Senior Management and induct yourself to the Kingdom of Bahrain and the opportunities for relocation.

Testing Stage

For roles up to Director level, you may be asked to sit for occupational tests. These can take around 2 hours to complete all the tests.

Final Assessment Stage

The final stage will be a more in depth assessment of your experience following your written and verbal assessments. If you are going to be leading a team then your management skills and experience will be explored in more detail.
