At least 2 years’ managerial experience in a similar role

All candidates must have prior experience in the area of Market Research or Financial Services or Business Process Design with Management Consulting firm.

The Job Profile

The job will involve, in varying degrees, the areas of solutions design, value chain analysis, demand mapping, planning and financial modeling as well as hypothesis formulation, and strategy and options creation. They must have working experience in business process re-engineering, process design, and risk and control assessment.

The Minimum Qualifications are as follows:

- The candidate must be a CA

- The candidate must be in possession of an MBA, with a specialization in Finance.

Candidates must possess excellent communication and analytical skills, they must be lateral thinkers, and must have good report-writing and MS Office skills. In addition, they must be able to work in a multicultural team environment.
