Experience Profile:
-The successful candidate will have a good experience/exposure in any of the following areas:
Process Reviews/Performance
Improvement/Cost reduction projects
Market feasibility studies
Organization restructuring, HR systems
development/design of employee
compensation schemes
Design and implementation of
management control systems/policies &
procedures
Business Process Risk assessments and
risk-based internal auditing
-Prior experience in a Big Four firm/reputed management consultancy/MNC is desirable but not essential
Qualification Profile:
Management and/or an auditing/accounting background (MBA/CA)
Any professional certification like CIA, CA, CIMA/CMA, CQM/ Six Sigma BB or CIPD
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Competencies:
Good communication and client management skills
Sound business sense and understanding
Excellent research and analytical skills
Ability and willingness to work and deliver within deadlines
Well developed interpersonal skills
Bilingual skills – Arabic and English will be an advantage
