A race against time for KPMG in Bahrain

As part of its corporate citizenship activities, KPMG in Bahrain sponsored two teams of enthusiastic KPMG people to participate in the annual ‘Against the Clock’ fundraising event, which was held at the famous Bahrain International Circuit (home of the Bahrain Formula 1 Grand Prix) on 9 May and organized by the Bahrain Rotaract Club.

Rotaract is a program that is part of Rotary International, a network of 151 countries with over 1.2 million members that volunteer to provide humanitarian services and encourage high ethical standards. Rotaract fosters leadership and responsible citizenship, encourages high ethical standards in business and promotes international understanding and peace. Recent examples of the Rotaract Club’s corporate citizenship work in Bahrain include:

The Bahrain firm’s commitment to corporate citizenship was a key factor in its popularity amongst students at this event.

KPMG Fakhro is commited to providing full sponsorship to young Bahraini graduates to assist them in obtaining their professional qualifications.
