Registration Document Review assesses the adequacy of the client's documented system vis-à-vis the requirement of the selected standard.
Registration Assessment helps verify the implementation of the documented system and evaluates the effectiveness of the system in meeting the client's stated objectives and the requirement of the selected standard.
Surveillance Assessment helps ensure that the client continues to effectively maintain the system on an ongoing basis and promotes continuous improvement by working on non-conformities identified related to product, process and system.
